New Year's Eve

Bao Bei has gone back to Malaysia to "celebrate" his new year. I "" celebrate because it was a torture for him actually. He will be back on 20th Feb. 4 days, and i am going to miss him so so much! ):

New Year's Eve was spent at Ah Ma house having reunion dinner with the whole big family. That's about all. Nth much to elaborate about.

At night, we did a last min preparation. My sisters and I were busy painting our nails while my parents were busy preparing the stuffs for praying. We made the whole house full of the nail polishing smell i almost died of chemical poisioning.


TaDa! This is done by both of my sis! My sec sis help me to paint the base coat while my eldest sis helped to paint the rest of th work.I dun even have to do it myself! Haha. I painted it half red and half pink, quite nice lah, people thought i went for a manicure somemore.

My sis helped me to trim my eyebrows also, haha, did you realise that everything was done by my sis for me?! So fortunate right? Actually i pestered them to do it for me.

While we are busy dolling ourselves up, how can we forget my BELOVED pooh bear! It's a new year so we decided to give him/it a new outlook.

My eldest sis was cleaning up her room and she decided to throw away her cat- scarred pooh bear.

Remember this pooh bear?

So we decided that since she wants to throw it away, y not put it to gd use before she threw it away, hence there's an emergency COTTON TRANSPLANT at night. The cotton was to be transplanted to my pooh bear who has been losing a lot of cotton ever since we began to hug it to sleep every night.

Here's the process of the surgery: (May be a little gross, not for children under 16)


Firstly, my sis opened up his wound at his underarm there and that's the place where cotton would be stuffed in.

Actually, my sis cut open both his underarms so that both will be stuffed with cotton to ensure that my pooh bear is proportionate.

Now my pooh bear is fat, he has a big tummy plus a big, fat, round backside. And he has no more skinny arms. Plus, my sis gave him/it a double chin! So ugly lah, then i have to massage him everyday to soften the cotton so that it will look natural and cute as before!

When the operation is done, it's time to help him to put on his CNY clothes. See how fortunate he is, bear bear also got new clothes. We bought it at pasar malam at $7.


Cute right? We had a hard time finding nice clothes for him/it till we are all sweat when we finished buying.


We even gave him a bag for him to put his ang baos inside

By the time we finished, it was quite late and i stayed up till 2 plus (shou ye) before i went off to lalaland.
