Hello!
Jasmine Ang ♥

Our Way of Love. For the first time, he instantly agreed to bring me for duck rice when i casually popped the question. But he didn't bring me there though, he bought it to my house. It didn't taste as nice compared to eating there. But it's still nicer than normal duck rice stalls out there.
For the first time, he didn't comment about my seemingly 'maternity' shirt - those baggy shirt which he normally doesn't like. Instead he commented i shouldn't wear all black today;his favourite colour. He said i looked too mature when my clothes match with my new specs.(he, too, said i looked like a teacher. he even jokingly said we look like we are having a teacher-student affair!)For the first time, we wore totally contrast colours; he wore white. i wore black. (no conspiracy at all)
We went to Tiong Bahru plaza. It was a dreadful place to go. I swear i wouldn't even want to step into the plaza for the second time if it weren't for Harry Potter. But it turned out to be quite a disappointment. Everything happened in a flash and there's one irritating pink lady who kept appearing in the movie. & i thought they would be fighting and i was looking quite forward to it. Before i could anticipate the show, it ended.
So much of a trouble we went to watch this show only to leave in disappointment.
If we had known, we wouldn't have bought tickets at AXS station and wasted one extra buck on booking and having to go to a deserted shopping centre (as though we went back to the times in 1990s) where all the shops are so old and the shopping center was so small we were bored to death! It was so old that we shouldn't even need to buy tickets in advance cos there was still ample of seats available when we reached there. (can see how unlikeable it was to singaporeans.)
Even the toilets were so old and the toilet papers! Lousy, lousy quality.pull and tear. pull and tear.
After the movie, we went to walk around the dwarf's shoping centre again, hoping to find some finger food to satisfy the gigantic stomach of his. Couldn't find any Old Chang Kee there so we ended up eating Ya Kun instead. He seemed to like that, after bringing him once to eat, especially the soft boiled egg and i am surprised he actually finished his whole cup of kopi.
The night before, i was arguing with him why he chose tiong bahru instead of vivo (he bought it beforehand before telling me). Reason being he said that it was much nearer to my maternal ah ma house (Yew Tee) and there's buses to go there as well. So we went to the nearby bus stops only to find all the buses going everywhere else except yew tee or anywhere near there. We ended up having to take a mrt instead, which means i have to waste money of my trip.
So from the bus stop to the mrt to choa chu kang, i became a grumpy girlfriend and kept bickering with him. Argued with him like there's no tomorrow. Kept standing firm on my grounds that we should have gone to Vivo instead cos there's so much more shops for us to walk, there's a direct bus to go to choa chu kang and from there we could have taken another bus to yew tee and his rationale (tiong bahru to yew tee is nearer) was wrong. Don't wory, we didn't fight or quarrel with each other. Instead most of the time during the bickering, we just laughed it off cos it's simply too funny! He was so overwhelmed with my 'irrational' (which in my opinion is very rational) thinking that he was crying and laughing at the same time.
Headed to Choa Chu Kang. at first we wanted to go to Lot 1 to walk around cos it was still early. While walking down the escalator, i jokingly asked him if he wanted to take LRT. I didn't expect him to agree with me for such a crazy idea i thought of. So i was getting excited and all cos it's my second time taking it and his first.
i deeply regretted my decision the moment the LRT moved. Actually, i had my very first bad experience a few years ago taking LRT and the news about the accidents LRT just made my fear worse.
We were standing for the first half of the trip and i swear i was cold with sweat throughout the 30 mins journey(we took a whole round back to cck.) i held onto the hand rail as though my whole life depends on it and tried very hard not to move as much as possible. The train was very unstable (like it's going to break down any moment) and it has a clear view outside, which makes it much worse cos you know when it's going downslope and uphill. He thought it was exciting but i was really on the verge of getting down at the next station and take a bus back to cck or whatever other ways, i just wanted to get off that LRT. But later it was much better, though i was still holding on to boyfriend's pants and hands to make myself feel safer.
No matter what, i am not going to get into a LRT ever again!
So i think i wasted about $2 plus for that roller coaster ride.
After which, we took 302 to my ah ma house but i wasn't sure where to alight and there gave him a chance for 'revenge' and rebuted that i had no sense of direction either. Haha. Whatever! i know i have.
We went to the playground to relive our childhood memories, playing with the 'animal ride' while waiting for my parents to arrive. He helped me to 'swing' with his leg so hard that i almost fell off! So mean of him. but that's also the sweetest moment of the day, without him saying i was childish. (:
i love you.
