like those old times
went for a run in the evening with sis after baby's left my house.
it's been a long long while since i ran.
it feels so good to be running again,
feeling so refreshed after a hot bath.
While running, i was reminiscing about the days when the whole athletics team was running at Macritchie.
Missed those times so much.
the grumbles before running.
the sweats.
the tiredness
my stamina dropped like shit now!
i couldn't even finished running 2.4km :(
anyway, we ran the whole jurong lake and we actually reached Chinese Garden.
too bad we didn't bring along our cam, if not we could have taken some photos there.
after the run, my sis went to buy CARROT SOYA BEAN!
it's so ohmygodnice! (:
nicer than the original,though i find the combination a little gross initially.
