my oh-so-precious lappie is dying on me. NNNOOO!!! As i am typing out this very entry with anger and frustratiion because the key pad is giving me tons and tons of problems. it's either the letters come out many times when i press only once or the letter itself just refused to appear no matter how hard i bang on the keyboard. So poor me have to go back and forth the cursor to ensure that every single letter is being typed out.
At first, i only thought that maybe there's something stucked beneath the letters ie. fingernails or whatever got under it but i realised quite a number of keys could not be entered! even enter cannot be entered! and sometimes, it appears to be all right again. this thing is really getting on my nerve i tell you...
argh, anyway, going to get it repair before the school starts and hopefully everything would be all right by then when we started presenting project, if i ever use my laptop for presentation that is.
On another note, i've got a new phone!!!! Cos there's a starhub roadshow at westmall and daddy had 100 bucks voucher for it and additional 50 bucks for that particular phone. Freaking cheap. A brand new phone that costs less than $100 but the bad thing was that my parents spent 4 hours plus to get this phone which caused mummy to keep nagging about how wasting time it was. Hah!
i love sony ericssion phones. though i feel like i'm downgrading from N70 to this cos the camera function sucks and the sound quality isn't tat fantastic. oh wells, what matters is that i like the colour of the phone && it's a slide phone. my first slide phone. All my previous phones were like those normal ones, without having to flip and slide, and baby was telling me how outdated i was to be still using that phone. Haha. it's okay, i get to suan him back when he has to go to the army without a colour phone. bleah!
i spent the whole next afternoon trying to transfer all my pictures, contacts, songs and messages to my phone. it wasn't an easy thing to do okay?! i took almost an hour trying to take out that puny sim card from my new phone to my old one cos i haven't started transfering.in the end i still couldn't take it out and gave up.
The horror of the horrors happened when i was transfering my sim card contacts to the phone memory. i pressed a wrong button and all my contacts in the sim card disappeared!!!! i panicked for a while before i decided to see if there's a backup copy from the old phone. phew!Changing phone is such an hassle.especially all the messages in your old phone.
All the memories from baby's messages that i couldn't transfer through my sim card and i had to resort to using my sis's sim card to transfer all the messages. and i was telling my sister that i couldn't that one day when i opened up my inbox and see all the sweet messages sent from baby and the name of the sender was my sis's name instead of my baby's.
Okayys, i'm back to exploring my new phone!(:
