Hello!
Jasmine Ang ♥

the moment of truthso the longwaiting attachment letter has arrived. on the day of the dreadful napfa.i almost died of heart attack from so many of the surprises i got in a day, okay!i skipped my napfa test last week cos i wasn't feeling confident about my fitness that day (just aching all over and i had flu and cough) so i managed to psycho Frances to take a 're-test' with me today, together with the BIO people. Our tester was a nice person, closing one eye with the standards. Sit-ups and my standing broad jump pulled down my grades from a hopeful Gold to a Silver. Oh wells, it's over and i'm quite satisfied with a silver anyway, considering my stamina and fitness dropping like crazy.First station was sit up followed by shuttle run. Shuttle run was a killer. Before the run, my legs were already feeling wobbly and when i ran, i could feel like my legs could go entangle anytime. But i still glad i managed to get a C. Next was inclined pull-up. I was the first girl to be hanging on the bar and i could really feel all the eyes staring at me. The worse thing was that my hands kept sweating and i have to wipe them off like a thousand times over. I done 18 and stop.Fourth stop was sit and reach, my killer area. Luckily, there's a girl who helped me to push my back so that i could stretch further and i got 43cm!!! thank you! Since secondary school, i've never manage to reach the 40 cm mark. & i think my group has the grossiest people on earth! They could almost stretch till the end of the marking bar lah, which was like almost 70 cm?! these guys are really flexible. The last stop was standing broad jump. I thought i could do well at this station, but who knows, i only managed to jump 170cm on my second attempt, 165 cm on my first! :(& last but not least, 2.4km run! i ran 16.19mins, one more second and i would have missed my silver just like that! I was quite all right with my running, managed to run consistently every round and my first 3 rounds were actually within my target of 2.30 mins per round. (:Overall, it's not that bad lah. At least i get an award and know where my fitness stands. After i changed and walked out of the changing room, i saw 3 missed calls from coburn and i managed to pick up his 4th call and he told me the shocking news about him receving the IAP letter in his mailbox. Then jocelyn's sms came in too, asking about which company i'm going and so. & i was so excited yet anxious to get to know which company i'm going to, cos i really hope that i could go to a company with a nice environment and really learn something during the attachment.SO, I'M GOING TO GIC!!! together with Frances and some other people. Yay! The company is not that bad lah, heard it adds some bonus points when you write in your resume and the best thing is that i have friends there! ((: So i won't be having a lonely lunch alone during my lunch break! that's like the worst thing that could ever happen to me. I would rather starve myself to death than eating lunch on my own!
