Yesterday night i received a call from Acer telling me that my laptop is ready for collection! (=
Thought i would be laptop-less at least 5 days, didn't know Acer is so efficient. The person who repaired my laptop was nice and was telling me what my laptop problems were on the line but his accent was so strong that half the time i had difficulty understanding what he was talking about.

So i had to wake up early in the morning at 10 when i only slept at 2am, go to Acer and came home. The queue was freaking long! My sister accompanied there and i was expecting the queue to be short but it ended up i have to wait for 13 people in front for me, just to COLLECT back my laptop. Yes, just collecting it.

There's only 2 counters serving the collection of laptops and one of the counter turned out to be a girl who knows nuts about laptops. She only managed to serve one person when the guy besides him serve 3 persons! The worse is, she kept asking the guy beside for help, so everything just dragged.

& the worst of the worse is that i actually got her!!!! I was praying hard that i wouldn't get her but the guy cos he was the one who repaired my laptop. Forget it. So it turned out that my laptop's battery is faulty and the person replaced it with a new one and reformat my laptop to the original one when i first received it during my year one.

SO ALL OF MY DATA IS GONE NOW!!!!! =(

My laptop is so empty and looks so Lao-Kor-Kor now and i have to install so many things. Adobe Reader, Windows Live Messenger, Window Media Player and whats not. & i've yet to install Microsoft Office and my virus software!

i'm off to download my softwares!
