today's my sister graduation ceremony at SIM (:
Everyone in the family was kind of excited cos my sis is the first in the member to graduate from a university. Oh, it's my second sister by the way, my big sis is still in the waiting line for her results. Of cos, every one of us is very proud of her, especially my mum and dad. Both of them actually took the day off to attend my sis's graduation ceremony (they'd normally give these kind of stuff a miss). I decided to give it a miss cos i didn't like to attend this kind of ceremony with lots of waiting time in between and listening to the person talk. It's the most boring place a person would go, plus i need to pay $16 if i go!
So i was woken up early in the morning, disturbed by the overwhelmed excitement and screams and the constant reminders of hurrying up by my mum to my sis & vice versa. Both of them were spending the longest time on earth dolling themselves up. My mum was especially funny, she went to buy a dress and a shawl specially for this occasion and also asked my sis to pretty her up, so much so that my mum appears more like the VIP of the day rather than my sis.
Finally, after all the preparation, i was called upon to be the photographer of the day. This is the underlying reason of why they asked me to wake up in the excuse of saying my noodles are turning soggy if i wake up any later! So the camwhoring session begins with my sister and my mum each turning turns to become a model in front of the camera, with only me in one or two in the hundreds of pictures they took. Vanity are really in our genes huh? Haha
Vanity doesn't end here. Poor me, i was eating my wanton noodles halfway when my parents asked me to go over to my granny's house to be the photographer again! while everyone else was inside the photo, together with my granny! Luckily, my aunt was at home as well so she could take a whole family photo for us!
As i am typing this post, my sis' graduation ceremony is going on now! Shall post up the photos after i've uploaded them! Be prepared for a whole load of pictures!
